Refund Policy

Spring Rock L.L.C-FZ aims to ensure customer satisfaction for all products and services offered through our website.

Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return for unused and unopened products within 7 to 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must:

• Be unused

• In original packaging

• In resalable condition

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Any product that has been installed, activated, or physically altered will not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items/services are non-refundable:

• Installed CCTV systems

• Configured or activated surveillance equipment

• Installation and labour charges

• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) once activated

• Customized or special-order equipment

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
